1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed, packaged, or shipped on weekends or local public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Tracking & Confirmation

The moment your item is packaged and handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's live journey directly on our website.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Princ is not responsible for any customs duties, clearance fees, or taxes applied to your order by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • EU Close-Range (Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Austria): $4.99 USD (1–3 Business Days)

  • Rest of EU (France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, etc.): $8.99 USD (3–6 Business Days)

  • North America (United States, Canada): $19.99 USD (4–7 Business Days)

  • International (Asia, Australia, & Rest of World): $19.99 USD (5–10 Business Days)
